Some of you may already know, I have released a new workout programme designed especially for beginners - meet Good Start. You have access to all of the workouts, of course and can download the guidebook that goes with it.

about me
I’ve taught Pilates and barre for more than 15 years. After a busy teaching career in studios all over Europe, I fell in love with Edinburgh and opened my own barre studio. I helped countless of people to feel stronger, more confident about their bodies and about the way they move.
No matter what phase of life you're in, there is no wrong time to start to move. My approach is to teach you, not tell you, how to move your body so you are getting the most out of the exercise. This will allow you to be challenged and see changes in the safest ways.
